Verification documents are retained while the associated agency account remains active.

Spatial Content

By default, agencies grant ProximaXR permission to use uploaded scans, listing materials, screenshots, and related content for:

* Educational materials
Agencies on eligible paid plans may opt out of promotional usage where such controls are provided.
11. Data Storage and Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Security measures may include:

* Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
* Administrative safeguards
* Platform monitoring
However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Agency verification documents are generally retained while the associated agency account remains active.

At this time, account deletion requests must be submitted directly to ProximaXR.
Upon approved account deletion or account termination, we may permanently remove:

* Uploaded scans
* Images
* Associated account information
Deleted information may not be recoverable.
14. Backup Systems
Although account information may be removed from active systems, backup copies may temporarily retain certain information for disaster recovery, security, legal, or operational purposes.
Such backups are subject to internal retention practices and are not publicly accessible.
15. International Access
ProximaXR may be accessed by users located outside Nigeria.
By using the platform, users acknowledge that information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
